One strip of progyluton contains 11 White tablets and 10 red tablets. Composition of these hormones per tablet is as followed:

• White Tablets – Estradiol valerate 2 mg each tablet
• Red Tablets – Estradiol valerate 2 mg and norgestrel 0.5 mg each tablet

It is used for irregularities of menstrual cycle, primary and secondary amenorrhoea, pre and post-menopausal symptoms, deficiency symptoms after oophorectomy or radiological castration for non-carcinomatous diseases.
